All other rules are same for OPT.....The only new rule is it will be extended from17 months more, ie 12+17= Total of 29 months..and it will be applied after each completion of higher degrees..For ex.\

..After associate= 29 months OPT
After Undergrad=29 months OPT
After Masters= 29 months OPT.....But you'll have to qualify for the OPT extension under the new rule.............ie...the E-verify Employer business, You should be working in the subject related fields.......and so on....which u can read under the new rule.......
