Yes, you are right. Nuendo and Cubase SX are architecture very simlilar though I

abandoned Cubase SX in favour of Nuendo only because of some trivial ( minor ) stuffs that are

available in Nuendo.

I started using Nuendo with no prior knowledge on how to use it...I mistakenly thought

it was just another sound editing program like "Adobe Audition". I guess I've gotten

relatively good at using Nuendo after many months of using it.

Yes, Native Instruments' VST(i) are killer apps. I have used at least one or more NI

VST(i)s for every music track I have created so far. You are right I hardly use

factory presets built for these VST(i)s because all the tracks would sound alike

if I were to do so.

And yes, you are right all the tracks I have created are based on 'mouse clicks' in

Guitar Pro but Guitar Pro makes things very easy and convinient. And for someone

like me who is not a musician at all and only knows to read and write musical

notes...it's a gift. In some instances I had to create only single 'bar' of notes for example in

track http://www.garageband.com/song?|pe1|S8LTM0LdsaSjZlK3YmE and rest of the 70 or

so 'bars' of this guitar track are based on the same notes of the first 'bar' and so are the

entire other guitar and bass tracks of this entire composition.

Ohh..by the way...I'm not a programmer at all...I stay 100 miles away from any kind of programming

except 'expressions' which I have to use in Adobe After Effects once in a while.
