EXPLAIN where did it go.......How come India the bribe giving country bags the uper karnali project while French Charity company refused to give charity but almost free eklectricity 100 times larger project was denied by the Girija government.......The french company was alredy given permission by the king ....Only to be stopped by the Girija and co after the king was sacked..
