Hi Chyantu,
I-729 means "approved letter from the USCIS for H-1B". I-729 is written on the top right hand side of the "approved H-1 B letter". A copy of this must be either with you or with your employer.
For US Visa in Nepal: you have to have I-729, marriage certificate, marriage photos, your bank statement, your tax return documents (if you have), and your wife's certificates (for supplemental purpose).
