Man he would of should of stay here and go to a court. You are right there is warrant our there for him for not showing up in the court. He could have done a lot if he stay here and deal with it. When he show up in the court he don't have to mention or the court will ask him about his legal status. You just go there and plead guilty or not guilty, pay a fine, and not drive till he get his license back.

Now since he is in Nepal and what he could or you help him to do is contact the court and explain all the situation and the court might see why he couldn't able to show up in the court. I think it would wise to get papers that show you are going to appear in the court once you get here so if in case immigration officer ask or know about his situation at arrival.
