Hello All

I am licensed as nurse in USA but couldn't start to work because of the immigration stoppage. My license will expire very soon and and board won't renew it untill I submit the SSN. I won't get SSN untill I start working. So the problem is can I apply for Adjustment of Status (AOS)[I-140 and I-485] in this situation?  Because I won't have valid license during the time of apply.

Any help will be highly appreciated!
