China that requires their own citizens to aquire working visa to work in their metropolitan cities.
China that filters news to be published in their newspaper.
And you are saying the Chinese government lets those Tibetan who fled out to return without any questioning or torture. Remember, more  people died  in China during the hardcore communist regime  compared to the jews in the concentration camp during the WWII.
