yeah dual head certainly brings more productivity, especially for coders...not sure how effective big screens can be.
the research didn't seem to have covered the cost-benefit analysis part though. is it worth upgrading the existing systems of say 15" monitors to 24" for 40 employees in a mid-scale firm? if it can save 2.5 hours a day from an employee (which is not possible as no one works continuously for 8 straight hours and not all jobs are alike and confined to data transfer between files), heck that's a no-brainer. ....methinks, there are better things to think about to increase the productivity of workers-- like encourage them with double bonus perhaps, hire more women employees :P (nah kidding, the latter is a setback :D)
