One of my friends having OPT with Master's degree(MS) in non-IT is desperately looking for a consultancy willing to sponsor H1B this April.Does anybody know any reliable consultancy in Texas ( around Houston,Dallas etc.)?....Any information provided would be greatly appreciated.
