it's time we had firm laws against predatory lending practices of subprime lenders and sufficient vigilance against those credit rating agencies to stop them from encouraging borrowers to over-state income on loan applications.

the lender, loan officer, realtor and the consumer all need to sit and  do their homework considering all unforeseen future circumstances--the 'what if' scenarios...

btw,  i realize that the title of this thread is  slightly misleading and i cannot edit it...sorry for  the rush  of blood
