Female roomates in Fairfax, Virginia

Let me shed some light on this issue here. As above women described explicitly "ONLY FEMALE ROOM MATES" (in bold letters infact). I think this statment is counterintuitive. And infact you could call it as a implicit gender discrimination.

I agree with the fact that (assuming its your property) only you are sole responsible to open the doors for whomsoever you want. Turing back to the point about that slight margin of error left for the gender discrimination which made it look even worst. Lets take an example here, an employer recently posts up a vacancy for and employee for yada yada yada position in mosnter.com. Now lets say he/she (the employer) prefers men since they can work long hours, dont have to take any pregnancy leave etc. Now you tell me should he mention in that post "ONLY MALES MAY APPLY"? How would you feel if you just graduated looking for job and want it so badly since you have your own situations. How would it feel to be turned down just by the fact that you were female, which you didnt had any controll when you came to existance? Yes I agree to a certain extend that male and female are different in certain aspects but taking one or two experience into account and juding that all males are alike is absurd.

I hope you get my point here. I apologize for haggling off the topic here but i hope you do get the point.

Hope Always,
