Just to compare, here're the links to two editorials on the topic. They're written on slightly different perspectives but the kantipur piece does seem to be more of an inciting kind than balanced.
Certainly, the interim PM and his team do not have the right to decide on things such as the right to self-determination, just ahead of the election to the constituent assembly. The problems have arisen because they've set wrong precedents by deciding many other crucial issues before the elections. They should have clarified the buttomlines well before the preparation for polls and prepared accordingly (It's easy to say, though!!).
