What we are seeing now is.

1.  New CA(yet to be elected) is being  directed by this current illigitimate leaders.     The current government cannot order the new and ligitimate CA to declare republic.   Wether to declare republic  or not is completely upto elected CA and not current thugs to make complulsary amendment in a law that rebublic should be declared by first meeting.

2. The current illigitimate goverment has no right to make a proportional representation, plus they have made over 600 seats in assembly. Which again should be only made by elected CA.  Why?  Because we UML, Congress are the biggest party. Wether they get majority vote or not republic becomes inevitable even when majority didnt want republic.

The best solution would have been carry out the election with previously existing rules and not the rules created by this goverment. And take all the decisions by elected parties for the future elections.

People want elections but please dont get fooled because the election is farce.
