Its just a chain of corruption that began way back in the 60s, when Nepalis who wanted to conduct business abroad, bought fake Indian passports and some even had Thai passports...Today, its not Indian and Thai passports but rather Nepali ones (as these damn ghoos-khor sarkari jaagir officers would even sell their mom for 50 measly bucks).
