thanks centrino for the good post... iv always gone thru BKK and HK transit and both are quite good... iv never been thru Quatar or Delhi but i have heard bad things about both..

at some time in 2005 hong kong decided nepalis need transit visa to be in airport so that was a bad experience.. but now i think i heard if u fly thru Cathay pacific or dragon air u dont need transit visa... im not sure if i got the airline part right.. might need to double check that part.
