Please Help me Giri and all,

I hold masters degree from US.Currently I am in H1  from IT company but not been able to get into project.Meanwhile I applied for Teaching License and got approved .Public schools are showing interest to hire me.

In this circumstance what should I do?Is it possible to transfer H1 without paystubs?Is there any other way?
