I am planning to close my Indian/Nepali restaurant in Denver, and move to SoCal. But i dont understand why I would need to pay you $$ if im not buying a restaurant from you, I could very well open one close by and get your traffic, pls help me understand why I need to partner with you. What is the square footage, #of tables, kitchen size etc before we start engaging in a conversation. You need to do a better job at selling this proposal to me before we can put go down the partnership route. Thanks.
