Samyak, please try TOMATOTEL cards.  I have been using it for about one and a half year. Some times the minutes will not be good. I will say it is not great but  it is ok. They charge  surgcharge on top of the price of the card, which is weired but no choice. Sometimes they do have   good cards for nepal. I am just a regular customer of it.
