I am starting this thread to get ride of some of
question running into my mind about going back to my home (Nepal) first week of May, 2008.
My employer is going to do my H1B visa processing in April, 2008. So in such case can I travel to my country after starting the H1 visa process? Some of my friends said that I cannot leave USA after applying for H1 visa. So I want to know form you all what is the case.
