Yes I agree time has changed. However just by naming doesn't mean anything. This Terrorist just named themselves Maoist but they may not follow the principle of Mao. I'm not here to evaluate Maoism. In Nepal it could happen anything. You don't need any reason. For example do you thing our most democratic party Nepali Congress is following in a democratic way. Are they less corrupt than Communists, Panches etc? Do we have justice, law and order in place after so called Prajatantra? Does anyone follow the rules in Nepal? So there's no surprise if China doesn't support Maoist.
