may be or may be not .. but don't use ( at least dont open) that pen drive again .. try to format the pen drive completely. I think you are OK .. when you  open the  pendrive, some script or program try to run a script on your machine which is not there.

try to find "virusremoval.vbs" file from your friends computer on that particular location .
