basically the state has recently has approved very strict rules. that will not allow the students work freely as the students used to do in past. this has made the working international students life very miserable. and if you dont have and fund or scholorship, its not possible to pay $15000/year. even if you work very hard, then it will be very very difficult to pay your tution fee.
