Neell I thought that was a good article (very much newspaper quality), but at the same time it had deep denotative (dictionary)  meaning and  no connotative (to the context) impact. We are talking about identity crisis. You are talking about good and bad. Everything that you said seems to be true, but if we are alive or at least if we are ready to change our passports as Indians or Chinese.
