Dismantling of Nepali Nationhood in the Making!

- Jay Mehta

One cannot deny the facts that are leading to systematic dismantling of the Nepali nationhood in the making. The Nepalese political leaders are knowingly or unknowingly gambling with the nation’s sovereignty in the name of democracy. It is to a great surprise that the nation’s 28 million people are the silent spectators and not is much done to protect the nation’s overall interests. The foreign forces acting and planning the chess game to bring Nepal’s foreign and defense under their guidance would be further implemented to serve their needs. The huge financial support poured to boosts Nepal’s political parties which are short sighted and easily maneuvered by the foreign forces serves a perfect menu to gain important access to Nepal’s resources and its political status.

It is well observed that the current political parties in ruling are not able to regulate state affairs to serve the nation’s interest. Instead, the parties have been squabbling for petty posts and influence in the ruling government. Nepal’s present parliament in legal term is a ‘defunked; parliament.’ It is a nominated and not an elected parliament by its people. How could a parliament that is nominated make constitutional changes regarding the nation and its people? The Prime-Minister having taken the oath of office from the King acted with his political agenda only to act against the oath he took when assuming the post of the Prime Minister. How could such insanity of political games could be played while the observers stay silent and not is much done about it?

The sovereign independent state from various ethnic groups are demanding its own political independent state. Nepal as of now have pitched into a serious political game by declaring itself into the making of a federal state. How short sighted Nepalese leaders could be? Could have rule the nation with people’s aspirations? The Leaders lack good education in internal policies and also international relations. The dismantling of the nation has thus begun!

It is insanity to see that Nepalese people have forgotten the democracy practiced by the political parties in the past decade. They also have forgotten the Maoist atrocities committed in huge violation of international human rights accords. How could people be so blinded? The state and its machinery is nothing more than a tool to serve the foreign interests and the political parties are its agents. The whole concerns of the political parties are against the Nepalese Crown because they know that if it is retained they would have a Master to address their concerns. By doing away with it, would be most easy and free on their stance of political achievements.

If the nation is concerned about bringing justice to those 40, 000 innocent Nepalese killed; the Maoist leader Prachanda and his group of terrorists should be highly eligible to be put behind bars or even be executed.  The continuous hijacking of the Nepalese Parliament and their cheap ploy has been well observed by Nepal’s well wishers. It is a wide series of political dramas been unfolded and the magnitude of damage done in far from being thought.

The Indian Intelligence Agency has noted that Maoists of Nepal have accumulated over 120 billion Nepalese Rupees by mere exploitation and looting. It is also been studied that huge funds of Maoists funds have been transferred to various third party accounts in India and abroad. The political forces behind the grouping of Maoists and their affiliated parties in India is keenly studied and taken into account by the RAW.

Nepal and Nepalese fail to acknowledge the fact from fiction. Many agitations have been seen on streets based on fiction. Such was seen several years ago (Indian Actor Roshan) incident followed by few others. It is seen that Nepal could be dismantled by a small fire and the lack of knowledge by its political leaders based on unrealistic ground would add more confusion and dismantling of the Nepali nationhood.  The time bomb is clicking and the years are not far when Nepal would be another conflict zone in the sub continent fueled by ethic conspirators and self interest motivators!
