There was a doctor (forgot his name.. i think it is Dhurba Man Pradhan) who had his clinic in Blue-Cross Hospital/Nursing home near Dasarath Rangashala. I think he is pretty good psychologist (one who prescribes medication).

please do not make fun of this issue (or divert it). It is really a very serious "medical" issue to concerned people.
