You are right Matrika Prasad Yadav is Madeshi(he's from Madesh) like I am Pakhey( I are from Pakha/Mountains), He is dhoti? well if you are referring to the cloths he wears then, he was wearing Kurta and I have mostly seen him wearing Kurta, so lets call him Kurtey and me Jeansey(i am a jeans wearer and my call my Dad daure, as he wears daura suruwal)....I think he just can't just figure out why Khas Bhasha has been given so big preference over other language.
He is indeed dhoti lagauney ko chora like you and me, I mean My mom wear dhoti and saree too...hope yours does too, :-)
He is the minister who has pointed out and if not stopped, made hard time for RED SANDALWOOD SMUGGLERS. (which runs from India, Nepal and China....if you read papers you know even very very influential people are also in this smuggling.
But if you refering to the hard working people who wears dhoti and sells vegetables in Kathmandu then bro think about it, without them what will you eat??
