Well you will get trained on the net where ever you are. They will send you the books and CD to your current address. They will call and get a convenient time for you, your batch mates(if any) and your instructor. Classes start every three weeks or so. Its all free. All you need is a good internet connection.
After training (assuming you know how dhoti consultancies work) the placement time is usually 2-4 months -depends on your personal caliber, season of the year (hiring season or not)-your luck and the consultancies contacts with companies.-- As far as I know they have good contacts.
Good thing with this company is that  no matter what's your wait time is you can continue with your current job and not wait in some consultancies guest house (full of bed bugs), frustrated-  without any source of income, Like me - 3 months.
