Most Nepalese do not know how important the monarcy is in terms of preserving our unique culture and heritage. Monarchy has always been a backbone of nepalese society and an element to unite people from diverse background and culture. Most Nepalese belive that the King is the reason why our coutry in under developed. Why would King obstruct the development of  his own coutry. Mr Mehta makes a valid point that "For a Monarch, the country is his family and its people his children."  I don't know any Parents who does not want his children to succeed. For a Parent, the sucess of his children is his own sucess. Nepaleses people need to think about this and make their own mind. Need to beware of those so called politicians fighting for democracy. They are like pimps and thugs trying to pimp our nation to foreign power.
