Don't fool yourself Krishna. Magar.Grg, Tamang, Rai , Limbu and rest of the mongloid race except thakali  and newars are considered as Shudra's. If you do not beleive this go and read Nepali Muluki Ain of 2047. You can read book written by Late Dr. Harka gurung,  Trident and Thunderbolt: Culture Dynamics in Nepalese Politics which will open your eyes.
