Ok the answer to the first question:

Three birds were left. You can argue and add more ansewers that too with jpt logic.

1. One bird was deaf.  It didn't hear the hunter shoot.

2. Another one was Spy No. 1 : He discovered that the hunter had only one bullet and that too has been used.

3. Yet another one was the World's laziest bird; it didn't want to fly.

I know you won't be surprised if I say the bird that was hit was also alive since it was wearing a bullet-proof jacket.
