I think these people are Nepali Too, Yes they are little educated and you can say that by looking at their writing,
And as for my thought on the matter, I can only laugh at their foolishness. The criteria for qualifying for a Visa is clearly stated in the documents. Most of these people are disqualified because they've lied about their education (2 yrs of education or special training after SLC is required) People think that they can apply for visa just by making fake documents, and pay a lot of money as application fee.
Now they don't get Visa and loose all the money they have. ( Application Fee for DV Visa is a lot).
Now they go out in the streets to protest demanding they get refund.
That's foolishness, and we can't judge the people who are in the states through DV program as being like them.
But one thing i would like to suggest is that I really don't appreciate the way you are trying to differentiate Nepalis in the States by dividing them into Different community like DV, F1, H1, Illegals, etc....
It sounds more degraded than people dividing Nepali into communities like Newars, Bahuns/chettri, Rai/limbu, etc..
We all should be one community, regardless of how we were able to get into the USA.
