As far I know, "Susankhya (सुशांख्य)" is nepali word for computer.

And, my 2 cents in the discussion...

 Language is not static, it changes over time. Every year, hundreds of new words from other language are being added to English dictionaries. So, as far as you understand what someone means in public forums like this (nobody cares about grammar over here as far as you can convey the message), there is no need for any agruments.
