I know a company that provides in house training as long as you have an internet connection. They will mail you books, CD and other needed materials and will train you over the net at a time convenient to all (you, instructor and batch-mates). The benefit is you can continue with you current job till you get placed, which takes anywhere between 2 to 4 months (depending on your caliber and the hiring season--usually start of each fiscal quarter).
