Gimmal, you started this thread in humiliating manner to highly talented yet suffered great artists from Nepal who are working hard just to support their living.  You are sick, you need cure and grow up.  I have high respect to those artists who are making their living working in retail in the USA. 

As you may know, the average per head income of Nepali is less that $200 a year.  Whereas, many so called intellectuals and professional are here claiming themeselve in high social and professional status.  Do you know how much they have exploited to the Nepali taxpayers?  First of all, after SLC or with two years' college, they get the scholarship from government quotas regardless of their competency base on their father's (mostly) beurocratic influences. There are in the foreign land as  engineers, doctors, project managers and some have luck to be in executive levels of corporate America. When they sign the contract accepting the scholarship, they have bond to return in the country and serve to certain period. But they never go.  I can give you several names who are here voilating the bond with goverment of Nepal.  Can dare to put their name together and expose to hardworking Nepali public?
