IT MAY SOUND FUNNY BUT IT'S REALITY

Myself being teacher of Hotel Management for +2 and Food and Beverage Director for BHM ( Bachelors of Hotel Management). It is always contradiction among student. I have found that student who listen to class and don't disturb class actually get low marks. In other hand students who look careless gets good marks. However it is easy to Teach BHM, i guess they know what they want in life? It is funny though but i love my students from both bachelors and +2. I guess it's in teacher hand to motivate students.

Some of the tricks,  I use in class

1. I always inspire bad students in class
2. Secondly, they know my background as fighter so they respect me
3. In mean time, i call my girls name from TV serials
4. Other hand i consul addicts of my student personally
5. I don't give marks for writing notes as word as mine
6. I make sure they listen to me and i work hard on it
7. I try to speak their language
   
8. I try to motivate them giving my own bad experience

It may sound funny but i am considered as one of the best teacher for hotel management and i get paid well. I guess i was one of them but i changed my life in course of time.


sometimes life experience is needed to teach students and keep in form.
