If he is bigger and badder than you I would refrain from telling him about you and his girl and also I would quitely move out of town with the chick if you want to have a relationship with her.

If your fren doesn't give a damn about that girl than I would just say hey man I am keeping your gurl. I will let you borrow her whenever you want to pork her too. (A friend in need is a friend indeed)
