The guy just wants some advise, what have you got to lose???]]><![CDATA[HEMANT 12 NP, many people who are in B1/B2 tourist visa are working here in the US. ]]><![CDATA[I do not think they had that big of a hard time finding a job especially in big citis like New York, San Francisco, or LA. ]]><![CDATA[Small businesses like gas stations, restaurants, laundries, motels may or may not sponsor you. It all depends on the owner of the business.]]><![CDATA[And even if they agree to sponsor you, it will take around 4-5 years for you to get the legal papers in hand and until then you should be in status.]]><![CDATA[Another option is you can join a college here and remain in F-1 student visa. That way you will be in status as long as you go to college.]]><![CDATA[Tourist visa may be extended up to a maximun of one year (it is not guaranted though; it all depends on the immigration department).]]><![CDATA[Most people have had tourist visa extention for a year unless extreme situation like medical conditions etc. ]]><![CDATA[Hope this helps.
