Dear banned users,
Sajha has been fortunate to have many new users and I would like to take this opportunity to welcome all new users. There are many choices as far as internet forums go that is why we try to be serious about making administrative decisions that propagate the sajha philosophy and welcome all users as who believe in respect, tolerance and freedom of speech.

It is with regret that I had to suspend the posting priviledges of few users due to excessive violation of the sajha philosophy. Sajha has been created to bring us together as Nepalis and as responsible citizens of the world - promoting positive discussions respectful of the society and world at large. Racist and caste related discriminatory and derogatory postings are not tolerated when it seems to become a trend for certain users. As we are only human, few instances of intolerance once in a while is to be expected and although sajha does not support such postings, I, as admin tend to ignore such infrequent outbursts. But when the infrequency is replaced by regularity of such postings, then in order to protect the general sajha philosophy of tolerance, acceptance, positivity and respect to individuals, society and humanity, action has to be taken against users who make it a habit of such negative, intolerant, racist postings.

Sajha is supposed to be sajha for everyone. When an individual or a group of users indulge in activity which make the general outlook of the site filled with racist, intolerant messages full of foul explicit language, the website does not become suitable for everyone - ie. not sajha anymore. Let's not make sajha.com into something like the sajha sauchalaya at ratnapark, which is a sheer annoyance to have to go. My outlook for sajha is to be a sajha intellectual forum where we can discuss intelligently and respectful of others. For it to remain sajha for all, we cannot allow intolerant, foul language on a continuous basis. Continuous foul behavior gets distasteful after a while. I am sure there are lots of other Nepali forums which allow such activity but I request your help in making sajha.com a sajha site which everyone can enjoy.

Thanking you for your support.

Best wishes
