What would be the best option for a person who has started first H1B from 2006 October and valid until 2009 sept, do not wish to travel (already got an opinion on Trvel), would it be good idea to apply for EAD card or keep remain working on H1B ......hoping that EB2 case will be approved with in time span of 14-16 months... Please advice.
