If you will be still going college on November 15 then you can not start working until and unless you talk to you employers staing that you can work from Nov 15 as a trainee without pay or they can pay you after you get the card. If you do not have to go to college, you can go to international student office and tell them that you already got the job offer. They can call immigration office and request for fast processing.
