It's really pathetic. It's sarcastic that we are able to laugh off on ourselves(at the same time the posting tries to exclude the person from the malady). Most of the words in English would be pronounced differently by common Nepali folks with the little understanding of the intonation of English. So the list would be as big as the English Dictionary.

Even I feel like I have certainly (mis)spelled the words before I got 'enlightened'. However, this time around I feel that to enlist such words would be a stupid attempt to purge myself and pass the baton to the innocent Nepali people.

I understand the attempt to make it jocular but it's my note of dissent.
