Ugly Italians Fight Back The World Association of Ugly People announced they are to unveil a monument celebrating ugly people this weekend (September 9), in Piobbico, Italy, a town known as the ugly capital of the world. Ugly Association president Telesforo Lacobelli said the sculpture of an unattractive man holding a mirror is designed for everyone to come and look in the mirror and see if they are ugly, to highlight the problems of lookism in society.
