I would advise you not to rely on just those two.  XE.com perhaps shows the correct international rate but that is not the rate folks in Nepal go with.  Nepalnews often gives one to several days old rate.  I suggest you check several sources, Thehimalayantimes.com, Gorkha Patra, etc.  And deduct a rupee from whatever the rate you find is the smallest.
