well...welll........i think it doesn't hurt to wish her birthday. if you THINK you can put a SMILE on her face by wishing her than why not do it coz its her birthday and she deserves to smile on this day. just do it simply as one of her friends not as her shattered ex. may be you might wanna send her a sms or an email if not call her. i guess just one sms or email and don't even bother to know if she acknowledges your wish with "thank you dear" and whatnots. and even if she does acknowledge, don't care to reciprocate further.....just stop there. my two cents hai
