I didn't expect everyone to agree on my response. I didn't hate him; and the strong words like 'wrong mentality' against others who have a different opinion may be the root cause of our problem. I wrote the response because he is posted in sajha and you can read him being featured in many nepali newspapers and may be in other nations' papers too. Perhaps, you could get the reason for our interest from that. I didn't hate him and neither did I ever say not appreciating his lifestyle. It's his money and he has the right to do what he wants. But at the same time, his lifestyle is being discussed in media, and he knows his lifestyle is one of the topic of public's talk these days. I would say, media has portrayed him as a sort of role model. So he holds a lot of power now, not just because he's rich but he's a role model and can inspire many people. I never said he should not have built the house or should not have given the that airbus to his wife. But I just expect to hear less than 0.0001 or even less percentage of that money being given to those poor people of their own country. I hope, he's doing that, and the media just doesn't find it worth of being it in their news. You're right, people get life only once, and they want to live the way they want.

I never knew that one has to be a public servant or jesus christ or politician or social worker to offer helping hands. One needs only need a little bit of space in the heart to help other people. I will never say that I need to be in a certain profession to help the needed ones and will never say, let the poor people die as their fate was written that way.

Everyone doesn't need to start the 'Bill and Gates Foundation', but that's one of the reason I see america being a rich and prosperous nation and has able to attract so many people from around the world.

Few more examples to illustrate from our own country. When some poor people are in real need, rarely the rich people feels the need to help the people. For example, when the poor people from dolpa or jumla need any help, kathmanduites just get away by saying it's their fate or public servants or NGOs have to do for them. But the situation is improving and people are realizing their responsibility to help the needed ones. For example, when kantipur publish the news of some poor children in need, people from all around the places have been generous to pour their help and didn't get away by just saying, it's their fate and it's not my responsibility; I'm glad that we've the people like them. Why the people in america pour the help from all over the states to the people in need? I was glad to hear the news of the gifts and cash vouchers being mailed to one of the black victim of the recent hate crime.
