New Road Team (NRT) have entered the semi-final of 29th Governor's Gold Cup Football Tournament in Sikkim, India, scraping 1-0 from Tairanium, Kerala, on Saturday despite their injuries making even the first 18 line-up a difficult job.

Nirajan Rayamajhi scored the lone goal of the one-sided match in the 35th minute, the only time he was successful in the front out of at least four cent percent chances.

Coach Yougambar Suwal fielded the injured Basnata Gauchan for all 90 minutes and even opted for Anil Gurung in the last 15 minutes in spite of his severe injury.

Some seven thousand local crowds cheered the Nepali side to make their second successive win at Paljor Stadium.
