Now the government needs to seek the history of the citizen and their ancestor and needs to keep track of those who are no more then one or two generation. They cannot seize the citizen but they can atleast keep track of the activity what they do? who supports them? what is their intention? etc.

Just like UK has done when the serial bombing occur in London. They track each and every pople according to their generation,,,etc.

This could be the best possible solution to block the devastrating outcome.

This can be done by government secret agents.....
