I fall asleep very fast by remembering my past, I don't "think" of my past but simply just "remember" the happy moments and let the mind flow. That help me relax my mind. I guess people are different so this may not help every one, but it helps me.

I guess people have trouble falling asleep is because they think and imazine too much while they are in the bed and ready to sleep. If you start thinking of your future and make future plans, or rebuilding your past (By thinking 'what if') you will never be able to sleep.

Just don't think, flow with your mind, by remembering your past insident, people you mate, things you did as a image in your head, and don't put any thought to it, just remember.
