I don't think this game is going to determine which is a better quarterback. The game is going to decide which is a better team, just as Peter King said. However, if you look at the history and career of these two QBs and coming in 2007, with two among the greats, this game will be looked upon by pundits and us to determine who is a better quarterback.

Now, let's figure out some simple stats.

Brady has an NFL record 8 straight games with at least 3-passing-TD to total 30, on his way towards 60, ie., 11 more than Manning's record. He has lost only 1 game in the last 14 he has played. Yes, he also has 3 rings!!

Manning is a returning Superbowl champion, MVP, who hasn't lost his last 12 games and were the last one to beat Brady after coming back from behind by 3 scores in the second half. He has also started 3 straight seasons now with 7-0 or better, an NFL record.

Manning was picked first overall in 1998 after loosing the National Championships to Huskers. But just a year earlier, Brady was a backup QB of the winning Michigan team, and he was pick #199. But then, this is College.

Now in the NFL, before Manning came to the Colts, they had made to the playoffs only twice in their last 10 years and since, have missed only once. Now, since Brady took over his job from Drew Bledsoe, have won the division every season, won 3 rings in 4 years, and have reached one Championship game. However, the success of the games played by New England goes equally to the defense led by names such as Teddy Bruschi, Junior Seau, Mike Vrabel and Richard Seymoor. Colts did not have such a defense except for Freeney. It was all about maximum offense. And their offense came off the hands of Manning.

Now the big question, which of the two are better? I don't think I've argued or anyone can argue enough to declare who is better. We just have to wait until they retire, and look back at their career and then tell who is better. Right now, they are both good, both have good teams, and both are playing well.

And yes, the Sunday game will determine who makes better plays and which is a superior team of this year. But then again, this is the NFL, anyone can beat anyone. NE can win the next game, but then loose the next 7 (ok, they won't loose to bills, jets, fins and eagles), and go 9-7. Same thing with the Colts, they win next game and loose the next 8 (ok, what the hell am i talking about).

Well, just enjoy the game, mates. I wouldn't mind either of them winning. That would just end our speculations. And yes, it would temporarily give one of the two QB the title of the best QB (so far) of the season.

Peace and Enjoy.
