Nepali Janasampark Samiti !

Jaya Nepal to my dear NC Friends !

The decision made by some individual to dissolve our duly elected body of Nepali Jana Sampark Samiti in different states including California is unfortunate.  This kind of act only will discourage democrats and will help opposition.   The mass meeting to enhance democracy, promote net work and harmony among Nepalese congress party workers had elected our current body and our president Baikuntha Khanal was duly elected with all the members supporting.  You talk about witness: We had our valued dear friend Ex. Mayor of the city of Albany Mr. R Cheasty and Berkeley city councilman Mr. C Worthington as a witness.  What is happening to dissolve the elected body of Nepali congress sister organization by some individual is just illegal and unjustified.  The Janasamparka body is and should be under Nepali Congress not under some individual.  Our organization is greater and each individual and mass is very important for any democratic decision.  This kind of tendency of dictatorship, we should not tolerate.

All of us should be accountable to NC and its vision and guidelines and our ultimate mission is to make people free.  Some individuals are trying to dissolve our duly elected body of Nepali congress.  At this drama type of situation I am very stunned will be underestimated.  This is against the spirit of Nepali Congress and its mission and vision.

Our dear president Baikuntha Khanal of California JanaSampark Samiti and entire elected board members has been undermined by this kind of unfair decision.

We only wish NC Leadership will intervene on this crucial situation and pave a way.

  • Convention was done in a hurry.  There was a rumor spread of Ram Chandra Poudel and Sushil Koirala attending the convention but it was just a lie.  Someone spread the lie even in media.  How far can this lie go?

Someone wants to ride on the shoulder of family member politician telling lie over lie.  To cover one lie there was another lie.  Now very hard working and well known energetic NC youth leader like Baikuntha Khanal has been undermined by this kind of dogmatic decision.

Please be united with free and fair working relationship of our party.  To be loyal to our party we have to fight this kind of injustice.
My only questions to the individual who make this decision and who are supporting this decision is: Why are you going that far? What for?

Please be wise and stand firm against this dictatorship.

It is laughable to hear that in the entire nation of USA, a handful of some less than hundred people want to undermine NC and it's principle, freedom and justice.

I call upon my wise democratic friends, who love ideals of Nepali Congress, to firmly condemn these types of whimsical arrogant decisions made by some selfish individuals in a fascist way.   I request all of you to stand on the common ground of freedom and democracy and I mean democracy in the real sense.

Friends, it is not about the individual interest, we are not fighting for our own gain but to make people free.

If we do not fight for these kinds of ill intended acts, how could we fight for people who are already oppressed from injustice?

My only suggestion for those who are acting this way for their gains, don't do it.  Just take the decision back and incorporate all NC member friends living in USA .  If the persons are coming to you saying they are NC member do not turn them down.

If you are a supporter of Nepali Congress, you are my friend.  Let's talk before it become a mess.  I wanted to let you know I am with you to fight with this injustice.  The worst good people can do is do nothing against injustice.

Sincerely,
